windmove.el: Mark unused code as obsolete

(windmove-constrain-loc-for-movement)
(windmove-wrap-loc-for-movement, windmove-reference-loc)
(windmove-other-window-loc): Declare obsolete.
(windmove-find-other-window, windmove-do-window-select):
Doc fixes.
